In 2005, Souther created Get Flipped! Inc., focusing on using Get Flipped!™ Pro-Studio software for the live event industry. The software captures two images with a live capture mode, then interlaces the images and prints out one interlaced photo. An adhesive lens is then placed over the image to produce an animated flip photo. Possible poses include; blowing a kiss, kissing a spouse, or choking one’s boss. The possibilities are endless! Get Flipped!™ Inc. is represented throughout the United States by various partners in twelve states. In addition, Get Flipped!™ has gone international with affiliates in Mexico, Canada, France and the UK. Furthermore, the software allows vendors to make key chains, luggage tags, post cards, or photo souvenirs that are not readily available in today’s photographic market.
In addition, Get Flipped!™ offers an internet service that provides animated portraits on-line to web site users. Clients upload two photos and in less than a week they receive their animated portraits at their doorstep.
