What are the file size requirements?
File size should be no larger than 1.5MB. Images are proportionally sized to fill each standard Photo Flip size (8x10,, 5x7, 4.6 or 4x3), which may require minor cropping.

What type of file formats can I upload?
You can upload any of these digital photo file types: JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe), GIF (.gif), TIFF uncompressed (.tif, .tiff), Windows Bitmap (.bmp).

Will I lose my original file?
Your original files will not be affected or modified. GetFlipped.com only makes a copy to upload to our server in the U.S.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed, charge card verified and prints produced within 72 hours once they are received. Orders must arrive prior to 13:00 (1 PM Pacific Time) weekdays for 3-day completion. The completed orders will be mailed via US Priority Mail. Only domestic delivery is available.

How can I share my GetFlipped photos?
There are three ways to share your photos:

1. You can e-mail your images by clicking on the "Get Flipped" button to those e-mail address you select. The recipient can then view and order the actual photos online from GetFlipped.com for 1 week.

2. You can order your Photo Flips and have them mailed to you within a week from the time ordered.

3. You can arrange to have the order picked up at our Orange County, CA facility.

How much time does it take to upload photos?
Depending on your internet connection and the size of your files, it could take several minutes per image, or a few seconds. When you click "Upload" a service window will indicate the approximate time to complete the upload.

If you have pop-up blocker software, your Internet service provider may be affecting the transfer of your images. If you click on the "Send Now" button and nothing happens, you may have to disable the software and reenter our website.

Are there any size or cropping adjustments made to my photos?
Because we want your Photo Flips to look flip fabulously, our service technicians will adjust the color and density of each image to enhance the quality as needed. Certain orders may be cropped to it the selected print size.

Why doesn't the upload facility work for the Mac OSX's Safari Browser?
Since Safari is still underdevelopment and in the beta-testing stage, Get Flipped is making every effort to understand the new browser's capabilities and report bugs to their programmers. Get Flipped recommends that users of the OSX operating system use Internet Explorer 5.1 or better to use the upload functions on this site.

Will you print copyrighted material?
Federal copyright laws prohibit duplication or any reproduction of copyrighted materials without a copyright release. You agree that all transmitted images are yours or that you have previously received authorization to reproduce copyrighted materials. You grant GetFlipped.com permission to reproduce the materials and agree to release GetFlipped.com Etc. and its employees ("The Company") and will hold no claim against The Company. To complete the order, please confirm that you agree to these terms and that you are permitted to reproduce the transmitted photos in your order.

Is my transaction secure?
We promise to protect your personal information. Any page at GetFlipped.com that asks you for personal information is highly secure. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. To further ensure your security, we use state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.
