Get Flipped!™ is a California-based software development company known for its creation of instant on-site production of lenticular and 3-D photographs. Presently, the company is the market leader in providing unique interactive event photography for branding, promotions, tradeshows, security badges, private parties, fund raising, and more. Clients include, MGM Grand, Mercedes Benz, Warner Brothers, MTV, Paris Hilton and Justin Timberlake just to name a few.

There are no more static “cheese” photos, now you Get Flipped!™, in just a few minutes Get Flipped!™ has made it possible for an individual to walk away with a one-second “mini-movie” with him/her as the star! Corporate clients love Get Flipped!™’s custom borders because they can brand the flip photo with their logo and corporate slogan. This keepsake will not be tossed out, but instead shared with family and friends that will see the flashing company info along with the animated photo of the individual.

Get Flipped!™ continues to be the leader in developing lentincular software for the event industry and has recently released two new creations to Get Flipped! Pro-Studio. The first is Flip-Zone which creates a flip strip of animated flip photos similar to the old school photo booth, except now the images move! The latest innovation is Get Flipped!™ ID which is currently being used on the Justin Timberlake tour to create counterfeit-proof backstage passes. Most recently, Britney Spears is using the same software to create the unique backstage passes for The Circus tour.

Get Flipped!™ Pro-Studio uses the latest green screen technology to transport subjects from the stone age where they are being chased by a T-Rexo to the streets of Paris where they are enjoying a summer’s day. The possibility for backgrounds are only limited by one’s imagination.

In 2004, Souther created Get Flipped! Inc., focusing on using Get Flipped!™ Pro-Studio software for the live event industry. The software captures two images with a live capture mode, then interlaces the images and prints out one interlaced photo. An adhesive lens is then placed over the image to produce an animated flip photo. Possible poses include; blowing a kiss, kissing a spouse, or choking one’s boss. The possibilities are endless!

Get Flipped!™ Inc. is represented throughout the United States by various partners in twelve states. In addition, Get Flipped!™ has gone international with affiliates in Mexico, Canada, France and the UK. Furthermore, the software allows vendors to make key chains, luggage tags, post cards, or photo souvenirs that are not readily available in today’s photographic market.

In addition, Get Flipped!™ offers an internet service that provides animated portraits on-line to website users. Clients upload two photos and in less than a week they receive their animated portraits at their doorstep.

About Raleigh Souther

Raleigh Souther received his A.A. degree from Santa Moncia City College, and his  B.A. in Journalism from California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with several awards in photography, including the school’s College Photographer  of the Year, 1979.

He has worked as a photojournalist /editor at several local newspapers, including the San Gabriel Valley Tribune, Pasadena Star-News, Santa Monica Evening Outlook, and the Associated Press.  For 9 years he was a page-one photo editor at the Los Angeles Times.  While at the Times, he was twice part of Pulitzer Prize winning editorial teams for work related to the Northridge earthquake and the North Hollywood shootout.
His love of photography carried him into a new realm of entrepreneurship when he left the Times in 1999 to work at Durst-Dice where he learned the trade of lenticullar photography.

In 2000, he joined forces with former LA Times staff photographer Rick Corrales to create Motion Graphix (cq).  This company was directly related to creating large photographic animations and 3-D using lenticular technology. In addition, the company sold proprietary lenticular software to graphic businesses as well as the home market. It is also where Raleigh honed his training skills while training many businesses in this technology. The natural progression was the creation of Get Flipped!™ Inc. in 2004 which created Get Flipped!™ Pro-Studio software that has taken this technology into the entertainment field.  Get Flipped!™ was created as Raleigh's brainchild to provide instant animated hand-held movies for the event photography market. Get Flipped!™ headquarters is currently based in Orange, California, where CEO of Fun, Raleigh Souther, lives with his lovely wife Helena Pasquarella, who is director of smiles at Get Flipped!™Inc.
